2. About EthiCAL Apparel
EthiCAL Apparel is a student-run organization at UC Berkeley committed to promoting sustainable and ethical fashion. We design, produce, and sell apparel that prioritizes ethical sourcing, environmental responsibility, and social impact.
3. User Accounts
You may create an account to access certain features such as order history and saved addresses. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Guest checkout is available — an account is not required to place an order.
4. Products & Pricing
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
- Product images are representative and may vary slightly from the actual product
- We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice
- Prices displayed at the time of order placement will be honored for that order
5. Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to product availability
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- Server-side price calculation is authoritative — the total calculated by our server is the amount charged, regardless of what is displayed on the client
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues
6. Shipping & Pickup
Standard Shipping
We offer standard shipping on all orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery address.
Store Pickup
Free store pickup is available at Upper Sproul Plaza, UC Berkeley campus, on Mondays and Thursdays from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM during the academic semester. Pickup availability is subject to the university calendar.
7. Discount Codes
- Discount codes are subject to their specific terms and conditions
- Only one discount code may be applied per order
- We reserve the right to revoke or modify discount codes at any time
- Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including designs, logos, text, images, and graphics — is the property of EthiCAL Apparel or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
